You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
ClinicaTrust does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee treatment outcomes.
Deposits are collected via Stripe and are subject to the cancellation policy specified in each proposal. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the clinic's cancellation policy.
While we verify clinics on our platform, we do not guarantee the quality of medical services provided. Patients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
ClinicaTrust and Renaissance Clinique LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any treatment received through clinics found on our platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
